Tunnel Baking Oven designed and developed in different dimensions and it can be automatic or semi-automatic according to costumers needs. This mashine utilizes indirect gas fired system (IGF) and has capability to bake different kind of bread like Taftan (Taftoon), Lavash (fresh or dried), Barbari, Sangak, Yufka, Tortilla, Naan, Samoon, Rumali Roti, Taboon, Sheermal, Bazlama, Kulcha, Aish Merahrah, Paratha, Papadum, Bhakari, Tunnbröd, Arepa, Dry Bread and also Pizza. Tunnel Baking Oven equipped with inverter and thermometer which make regulation of conveyor speed and tunnel temperature possible and lead to best baking result. The oven conveyer can be made of galvanized wire, stainless steel or cast iron. A bread cutter is placed at the end of tunnel which is made of a special material. The machine can be equipped with separate motor and inverter to cut bread in favorite size according to customer’s requirements.
The bread are collected in a stainless steel basket at the end of tunnel or they can be transferred to an automatic cooling line for cooling process which is equipped with some fans and one inverter.
This machine, bakes the bread via radiation and proximity by utilizing IGF system. The heat is generated in a combustion chamber and results in two sources for supplying required heat. The first heat spreads under the cast iron plate and the second heat is supplied by two special heat exchanger over the bread, with no burning gases inside the baking region and no bread pollution. Therefore the final product will be baked via a clean method by this machine.

Advance Control System
In this system, all control operations are performed by a PLC system which has been placed in electrical enclosure. The operator can set temperature, motor speed temperature, bread counting, automatic ON & OFF time and baking timer via HMI (Human Machine Interface) touch screen. It is also possible to select default program for all kinds of breads.
Temperature curve display, data storage, printing several data such as numbers of sliced bread in different working shifts USB port for data transfer, connecting machine to computer systems, remote control, IoT connectivity and other options are possible according to customer requirements.
Simple Control System
This system is simpler. Heat is regulated by thermostat and conveyer speed is adjustable by inverter and the other control switches and bread counting is specified on electrical enclosure.
