Deck Oven for Baking Thick and Yeast breads
Deck Oven is specially designed for baking all thick and yeast breads. It is also suitable for production of all kind cakes and some kind of pastry products utilizing completely indirect gas fired (IGF) system. This oven has four baking chamber with separately steam injection system in each chamber. The baking chambers can be equipped with high quality genuine stone plate, or high quality net plate according to customer requirements.

Thermal System
This oven uses Indirect Fired System (IGF) which is equipped with a high efficiency heat exchanger in order to supply required heat and a centrifugal fan circulate the heat in the chambers to achieve uniform baked products. The special thermal system that is designed for the deck oven has the best function both in energy saving and baking result.
Electrical System
In this system, all control operations are performed by a PLC system which has been placed in electrical enclosure. The operator can set the options via HMI (Human Machine Interface) touch screen such as steam time, oven temperature, adjusting time duration that the burner is On after fan operation, automatic ON & OFF time and baking timer or select default program for all kinds of breads.
Temperature curve display, data storage, USB port for data transfer, connecting machine to computer systems, remote control, IoT connectivity and other options are possible according to customer requirements.
