This machine, bakes the bread via radiation and proximity by utilizing IGF system. The heat is generated in a combustion chamber and results in two sources for supplying required heat. The first heat spreads under the cast iron plate and the second heat is supplied by two special heat exchanger over the bread, with no burning gases inside the baking region and no bread pollution. Therefore the final product will be baked via a clean method by this machine.

Advance Control System
In this system, all control operations are performed by a PLC system which has been placed in electrical enclosure. The operator can set temperature, rotating speed of baking plate, automatic ON & OFF time and baking timer via HMI (Human Machine Interface) touch screen. It is also possible to select default program for all kinds of breads.
Temperature curve display, data storage, USB port for data transfer, connecting machine to computer systems, remote control, IoT connectivity and other options are possible according to customer requirements.
Simple Control System
Heat is regulated by a thermostat, rotating speed of baking plate adjustable by inverter and the other control switches can be set by operator.
Utilizing appropriate bumpy surface gray cast iron as a plate under the baking products or dough according to the oven temperature.

Capability to control the steam resulted from evaporation of dough moisture according to design of baking cabin
